As SEA Consultant’s Inc. former President and CEO, we placed great emphasis on strong project management as the cornerstone of our business model. In an industry where margins are slim at best, to run a successful organization requires well trained and effective project managers. Mary Loden championed our project management efforts both as a strong project manager in her own right but also as an individual who was passionate about developing effective project management tools and systems for our firm. As our internal trainer, she developed teaching content and led our project management training seminars and programs. With constant attention to this effort, the firm routinely was in the top quartile for profitability for our industry thanks, in part, to Mary’s efforts.
